The products showcased on our website come with a limited warranty provided by the brand, manufacturer, or distributor, applicable for a specific duration against manufacturing defects only. Details such as terms, conditions, and exclusions are outlined in the accompanying warranty card for each product. The warranty period initiates from the Invoice date unless otherwise specified.

This warranty is valid within the geographical confines of the United Arab Emirates, unless stated otherwise on the warranty card or website. It is important to note that Payrelay serves as a facilitator for this service, with the primary responsibility for warranty service lying with the brand, manufacturer, or distributor. If a product is defective and requires repair, you are responsible for delivering the product, at your expense, to the product’s Service Centers or our Payrelay location in the United Arab Emirates.

In instances of Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Out of the Box failure, the relevant service center or provider will assess whether the product qualifies as DOA and will offer either a replacement or repair.

Beyond the warranties provided by the brand, manufacturer, or distributor, we explicitly disclaim any warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, regarding the quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, or legality of the products listed or displayed on the website, including product information and specifications.

The offered warranty adheres to the principal terms and conditions, which are product-specific and detailed in the offer information. Payrelay service is designated to handle products for which Payrelay is an authorized service provider.

In the case of retail products where Payrelay is not an authorized service provider, customers must register complaints with the respective authorized service provider, as indicated in the user book. Alternatively, they can deposit the set at out payrelay office.

Warranty Terms 

Local 12 months warranty on mobile phones, tablets, wearables, battery packs and 6 months local warranty on accessories. 

 

What documents should accompany the defective product needing repair? 

The warranty will be valid and provided only if the original invoice or sales receipt and the warranty card which must be properly completed and indicating the date of purchase, model name, dealers’ name, and serial number of the product that are presented with the defective product within the warranty period. 

 

Can I visit any repair centre in the area? 

As per this Warranty, defective products must be repaired and fixed by a Samsung Authorized Service Centre otherwise the Warranty will be void and Samsung shall not be liable for any warranty, compensation, reimbursements, claims and damages that may result from the unauthorized service centre. 

 

Can my phone be repaired if it is out of warranty? 

Samsung reserves the right to charge a service fee for out warranty repair / service of any nature and warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship.

In what circumstance am I likely to get a replacement for a defect? 

Customer will be eligible to get a replacement if the defect was confirmed by Samsung Authorized Service Center after purchase for certain days mentioned on the below table according to applicable consumer rights laws.
